在空壓機啟動(dong)箱中(zhong)(zhong),電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)開關機(ji)由儀控柜中(zhong)(zhong)中(zhong)(zhong)間(jian)繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器的接觸點來進行,空(kong)壓機(ji)受系統軟件(jian)工(gong)作壓力(li)操縱全自動(dong)啟停,即系統軟件(jian)工(gong)作壓力(li)做到設置(zhi)限制0.75MPa時(shi),發電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)組卸荷(he)運行,運行時(shi)間(jian)做到設置(zhi)時(shi)間(jian)而(er)系統軟件(jian)工(gong)作壓力(li)都還沒降低(di)到系統軟件(jian)設置(zhi)工(gong)作壓力(li)低(di)限0.4MPa下列,發電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)組全自動(dong)卸荷(he)關機(ji)。
假如用供氣量大(da),發(fa)(fa)電機組(zu)將無卸荷關機,載入運(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)至卸荷運(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing),循環(huan)往復。這種操(cao)縱(zong)靠儀控(kong)柜(ju)中壓力控(kong)制(zhi)器、時間(jian)控(kong)制(zhi)器和之(zhi)間(jian)繼電器來進行(xing)(xing)(xing),空壓機組(zu)運(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)在(zai)自動控(kong)制(zhi)系統情況,運(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)工作人(ren)員(yuan)除每(mei)個班巡視2次外,發(fa)(fa)電機組(zu)處在(zai)沒有人(ren)監測情況。
導致自耦變壓器發熱起火的緣故是電機在啟動全過程中主交流接觸器不吸合,空壓機生產廠家介紹(shao)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)不可以電(dian)(dian)機(ji)額定功率運行(xing),而帶上自耦變壓器運行(xing),導致(zhi)其發燙起火。導致(zhi)中間繼電(dian)(dian)器不吸合(he)緣故有兩(liang)個:
一是因為空壓機報價電(dian)(dian)動機為(wei)139kW,主(zhu)交流(liu)接(jie)(jie)觸器(qi)采用(yong)直流(liu)接(jie)(jie)觸器(qi),其(qi)流(liu)線(xian)(xian)圈較重,在空壓(ya)機每一次啟動時(shi)震動非常大(da),長此以往(wang)將其(qi)本(ben)身(shen)電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)線(xian)(xian)圈導線(xian)(xian)頭(tou)振(zhen)落或(huo)流(liu)線(xian)(xian)圈受卡,使(shi)一切正常運(yun)行(xing)(xing)時(shi),理(li)應由中(zhong)間(jian)繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)的延時(shi)繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)和自耦(ou)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)星(xing)型(xing)點交流(liu)接(jie)(jie)觸器(qi)常閉點使(shi)汽車繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)吸合而(er)吸合不上,電(dian)(dian)機帶上自耦(ou)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)運(yun)行(xing)(xing),這時(shi)自耦(ou)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)變(bian)為(wei)串聯電(dian)(dian)抗(kang)器(qi),電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)線(xian)(xian)圈發燙而(er)釀出安全事故;
二是控(kong)制電(dian)路中(zhong)時間控(kong)制器(qi)毀壞,導(dao)致電(dian)機(ji)自始至終歷經自耦變壓(ya)器(qi)緩解壓(ya)力運行,自耦變壓(ya)器(qi)發(fa)燙(tang)而著(zhu)火烤壞。
