在空壓機啟動(dong)箱中(zhong)(zhong),電(dian)(dian)機(ji)開關機(ji)由(you)儀(yi)控柜(ju)中(zhong)(zhong)中(zhong)(zhong)間繼電(dian)(dian)器的接(jie)觸點來進行,空壓機(ji)受系統軟件(jian)(jian)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)壓力(li)操(cao)縱全(quan)自動(dong)啟停,即(ji)系統軟件(jian)(jian)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)壓力(li)做(zuo)到(dao)(dao)設置(zhi)限制0.75MPa時,發電(dian)(dian)機(ji)組卸荷運(yun)行,運(yun)行時間做(zuo)到(dao)(dao)設置(zhi)時間而系統軟件(jian)(jian)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)壓力(li)都(dou)還(huan)沒降低到(dao)(dao)系統軟件(jian)(jian)設置(zhi)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)壓力(li)低限0.4MPa下列,發電(dian)(dian)機(ji)組全(quan)自動(dong)卸荷關機(ji)。
假如用供氣量(liang)大(da),發電(dian)機組(zu)將(jiang)無卸荷關機,載入運行(xing)至卸荷運行(xing),循環往復。這種操縱靠儀(yi)控(kong)柜中壓力控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)、時間控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)和之間繼電(dian)器(qi)來進行(xing),空壓機組(zu)運行(xing)在自動控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統情況(kuang),運行(xing)工作人員除每個班巡視2次外,發電(dian)機組(zu)處在沒有人監(jian)測情況(kuang)。
導致自耦變壓器發熱起火的緣故是電機在啟動全過程中主交流接觸器不吸合,空壓機生產廠家介紹(shao)電(dian)機不可(ke)以電(dian)機額定功率運行,而帶(dai)上自耦(ou)變壓器(qi)運行,導(dao)致其發燙起火。導(dao)致中間繼電(dian)器(qi)不吸合(he)緣故有兩個:
一是因為空壓機報價電(dian)動機為(wei)139kW,主交流(liu)接(jie)(jie)觸器(qi)(qi)(qi)采(cai)用直流(liu)接(jie)(jie)觸器(qi)(qi)(qi),其(qi)(qi)流(liu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)圈(quan)較重,在空壓(ya)機每一(yi)(yi)次啟(qi)動時(shi)(shi)震動非常大,長(chang)此(ci)以往將其(qi)(qi)本(ben)身電(dian)磁線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)圈(quan)導線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)頭振落(luo)或流(liu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)圈(quan)受卡(ka),使一(yi)(yi)切正常運(yun)行(xing)(xing)時(shi)(shi),理應(ying)由中間繼電(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的延時(shi)(shi)繼電(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)和(he)自(zi)耦(ou)變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)星型(xing)點(dian)(dian)交流(liu)接(jie)(jie)觸器(qi)(qi)(qi)常閉點(dian)(dian)使汽車(che)繼電(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)吸合(he)而(er)吸合(he)不上,電(dian)機帶(dai)上自(zi)耦(ou)變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)運(yun)行(xing)(xing),這時(shi)(shi)自(zi)耦(ou)變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)變為(wei)串(chuan)聯電(dian)抗器(qi)(qi)(qi),電(dian)磁線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)圈(quan)發(fa)燙而(er)釀出安全事(shi)故(gu);
二是控(kong)制(zhi)電路中時間控(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)毀(hui)壞(huai),導致電機(ji)自始(shi)至(zhi)終歷經自耦變(bian)壓器(qi)緩解壓力運行,自耦變(bian)壓器(qi)發燙而著火烤(kao)壞(huai)。
